What can we say, except you "Blew us away" with your creativity, your food, and the service and attitude of your staff. No matter what we asked for, it was done. Your attention to detail amazed all the guests from the nearly 500 who attended the Saturday Kiddush to the 175 at the Sunday Casino.

Alan, you took our Bar Mitzvah vision and made it a reality, and our son, Sam and his younger brother David enjoyed every minute with family and friends. Sincere kudos' to Mike on Saturday, and you and your staff on Sunday for everything. It is the little touch's that really set The Ultimate Caterer apart, from the lights in the plants to the camel's and water pitchers.

The quality of the food was without exception, the best, and all our guests raved about everything. Thanks, and we look forward to working with you again in the future.

It's been a "whirl-wind" month, to say the least, since we celebrated our wedding on December 7th at the Woman's Club of Englewood, with Ultimate Caterer providing an absolutely magnificent affair. Our maitre de, Amy, was a dream to work with. Amy managed the staff as a true professional and personally took care of Charlie & me to ensure that we would enjoy our party with the same enthusiasm as our guests did. And our guests did! Our friends & family have raved about our affair and I credit that to your company and staff.

I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for another successful Merrill Lynch holiday party on December 8. The Ultimate Caterer staff has once again showed such hard work and dedication that by far is impeccable.
